How far in advanced do I order?

We recommend ordering 5 days in advance to ensure timely delivery of your bakery.
Do you offer delivery option? Is my ZIP code eligible for delivery?

Pickup is preferable but we also offer delivery for those who really want it. We do free local deliveries on Saturday and Sunday morning to most area within 5 miles of the Kirkland store. Please contact us on the website, WeChat or WhatsApp for support if your area is not accepted and we will assess on a case by case basis to make this work for our customers.

When is the bakery ready for pickup?

The freshly baked bakery is ready between 10am and 4pm. In the checkout, please provide the date and time you want to pick up and leave the phone number in Checkout. We will contact you the day of the order and coordinate the pickup around the time you suggested.
How long do the bakery last? Is preservatives used in the bakery? How should I store them?

We recommend all "Pup Bakeries" and "Birthday Cakes" to be eat or freeze in 48 hours. They stay fresh for up to 2 months in the freezer. "Dog Treats" are dehydrated. They should be fresh if stored in a cool, dark, dry place up to 4 months.
